01 / Questions

Three answers first, because they are the three that decide whether you come.

We answer directly and specifically rather than with marketing language. When someone asks what makes our laser tag different, we name the equipment and the mission structure instead of claiming to run the best laser tag in Indianapolis.

Walk-ins, tickets and admission

Do I need a reservation?

No. Walk-ins are always welcome. We recommend buying tickets in advance on a busy weekend so you can lock in a session time.

Is there an admission or cover charge?

No. There is no general admission fee. You pay for what you want to do.

How does pricing work?

The Battle Pass lets you pick one, two or three activities from laser tag, Nerf, axe throwing, and mini golf or the dark ride. Each pick runs about thirty minutes and includes standard timeplay arcade access. Tiered pricing is being finalised.

How long will we be there?

Most guests spend two hours or more. The Battle Pass is built around roughly two hours of activity.

Is this a place for adults, or is it just for kids?

Both, genuinely. The axe throwing lanes come with a private lounge behind them, which makes them our strongest date night and double-date option, and we serve beer and wine. Plenty of our guests are adults with no kids in tow.

Corporate and group events

How many people can you handle?

Up to 300.

Is this actually team building, or just a place to hang out?

It is real team building. Our activities require teamwork, communication and strategy. If a company only wants to socialize, we say plainly that we are not the right venue.

Do you have private space for a meeting or a presentation?

Yes. Multiple options, including a large room suitable for presentations.

Can we have the place to ourselves?

Yes. Full-facility buyouts run to a two-hour minimum with unlimited access to every attraction including the arcade. We close to the public and staff the front door, and buyouts can run outside our normal business hours.

When should we book?

Weekday evenings or daytimes. There is far less public traffic then, which means a better experience for the group.

Do you bring the attractions to us?

No. Every attraction is a fixed installation inside our building on Southport Road. We do not run off-site or mobile events.

Parties

What packages do you offer?

Two tiers. EPIC is the larger package with one hour in your chosen arena, reloadable player cards, a private party room for an hour, a dedicated party captain, and an engraved dog tag plus swag pack for the guest of honor. AMBUSH packs are the smaller-group tier.

How many people can come to a party?

Parties cap at 25 total people including non-players, based on party room capacity.

Do I have to plan and run it myself?

No. Every EPIC party gets a dedicated party captain who coordinates and runs everything.

Ages, waivers and what to wear

What ages can play?

Laser tag is 7 and up, Nerf is 5 and up, axe throwing is 12 and up with a signed waiver, and the dark ride requires riders to be 40 inches or taller. Mini golf has no age minimum.

Do we need to sign a waiver?

Yes. Waivers are required and can be signed online in advance.

What should we wear?

Closed-toe shoes are required for laser tag, Nerf and axe throwing.

Is the building accessible?

Yes. Wheelchair accessible entrance, parking, restroom and seating, and the mini golf course is fully ADA compliant with ADA putters available.

Food, drink and the bar

Do you have a full bar?

No. We hold a two-way liquor license, which covers beer and wine only. No liquor, no cocktails and no spirits.

What food do you serve?

Pizza, chicken tenders and fries, plus walking tacos, hot dogs, Bosco sticks, pretzel bites and packaged snacks.

Can we bring our own food or cake?

All food and drink comes through Caliber Cafe or our approved catering. If you are planning a party, ask us about the cake when you book.

Can you cater a larger event?

Yes. For larger events we arrange catering through Chick-fil-A on Southport Road.

Headcount, a date and the kind of event are the three things that let us come back with a real proposal. Everything else can wait until we talk.
