01 / Caliber Café

A two-way license, our own IPA, and wine slushies people come back for.

A two-way liquor license sets us apart from most family entertainment centers, and it is worth being precise about what it covers: beer and wine. No liquor, no cocktails, no spirits. What we do carry is domestic, imported and local craft beer including our own Combat Hops IPA, spiked seltzers, and wine slushies that are genuinely one of the most popular things we sell.

The food is straightforward and done well rather than long: pizza, chicken tenders and fries, plus walking tacos, hot dogs, Bosco sticks, pretzel bites and packaged snacks. Pepsi products, slushies, Gatorade and energy drinks on the soft side.

02 / What it is, and what it is not

We are not a full-service restaurant, and we would rather say so than have you arrive expecting one.

There is no table service, no full menu and no dining reservations. Caliber Cafe is a cafe inside an entertainment venue, open all our regular business hours, and it is built to feed a group quickly between sessions rather than to hold a two-hour dinner.

We do not allow outside food or beverage. Everything comes through the cafe or through our approved catering.

For larger events we arrange catering through Chick-fil-A on Southport Road, which is a better answer for a 200 person corporate booking than anything we could produce out of our own kitchen.

There are TVs and Wi-Fi in the cafe. That sounds like a small thing and it is the reason parents are not stuck in a plastic chair for two hours while everyone else plays.

What is on.

Short, honest and unlikely to change much, because doing six things well beats doing twenty badly.

01

Pizza, tenders and fries

The core of it. Fast, hot, and enough of it to feed a party room without a wait that eats into the session time.

All hours
02

Walking tacos, hot dogs, Bosco sticks, pretzel bites

The rest of the hot menu, plus packaged snacks. Built for people who are between two arena sessions rather than sitting down to dinner.

All hours
03

Beer and wine, guests 21 and over

Domestic, imported and local craft including our own Combat Hops IPA, spiked seltzers, and wine slushies. Two-way license, so beer and wine only.

Headcount, a date and the kind of event are the three things that let us come back with a real proposal. Everything else can wait until we talk.
