01 / Birthday parties
Somebody else runs it. You get to enjoy it.
Every EPIC party comes with a dedicated party captain who coordinates and runs the whole event, from the arena session through the party room to the cake. That is the difference between hosting a party and attending your own child's party.
Two tiers, both available with Nerf, laser tag, or a dual laser-and-Nerf option. Parties cap at 25 total people including non-players, which is set by the party room capacity rather than by the arena.

What is in each package.
Both tiers run in the arena of your choice: Nerf, laser tag, or a dual laser-and-Nerf session.
EPIC, the larger tier
One hour in the arena of your choice, reloadable player cards for the arcade, dark ride theater and mini golf, a private party room for an hour, and a dedicated party captain who runs the whole event. The guest of honor gets a personalized engraved dog tag and a swag pack.
AMBUSH, the smaller-group tier
One hour in your chosen arena plus reloadable player cards. Built for a smaller group that wants the arena time without the full party-room program.
The party room
Yours for an hour. Capacity is 25 total people including non-players, and that number is the cap on the party as a whole.
For the adults in the room
Beer and wine for guests 21 and over, including local craft, our own Combat Hops IPA and our wine slushies, plus TVs and Wi-Fi in Caliber Cafe.
What the day actually looks like.
Written because parents ask, and because knowing the shape of it in advance is most of what makes a party feel handled.
You arrive, and somebody is expecting you
Your party captain meets the group at the door and takes over. Waivers signed online in advance mean nobody is filling in forms while the guest of honor waits, so send the link out with the invitations.
Straight into the arena, not into a queue
One hour in the arena you picked: laser tag, Nerf, or the dual laser-and-Nerf option. A game master runs the session and balances the teams, which matters when the guest list spans four school years.
The party room is yours for an hour
Private, set up before you get there, and the captain runs the food and the cake in it. This is the hour the adults get to sit down.
Player cards, then the rest of the building
EPIC parties come with reloadable player cards for the arcade, the dark ride theater and mini golf. Cards never expire, so whatever is left on them is still there next visit.
The guest of honor gets something to keep
A personalized engraved dog tag and a swag pack. Small thing, and it is the thing that ends up on the bedroom shelf.
You leave without tidying up
The captain closes the room down. Parents are not stacking chairs at the end of their own child's party.

We are rebuilding our party packages and setting the new rates right now. In the meantime, tell us the date and the headcount and we will come back with what fits.

What packages do you offer and what is included?
Two tiers. EPIC is the larger package: one hour in the arena of your choice, reloadable player cards for the arcade, dark ride theater and mini golf, a private party room for an hour, and a dedicated party captain who runs the whole event. The guest of honor gets a personalized engraved dog tag and a swag pack. AMBUSH packs are the smaller-group tier, with one hour in your chosen arena plus player cards.
How many people can come?
Parties cap at 25 total people including non-players, based on party room capacity.
What ages can play?
Laser tag is 7 and up, Nerf is 5 and up, axe throwing is 12 and up with a signed waiver, and the dark ride requires riders to be 40 inches or taller.
Do I have to plan and run it myself?
No. Every EPIC party gets a dedicated party captain who coordinates and runs everything, so the parents get to enjoy it.
Is there anything for the adults?
Yes. Pizza, chicken tenders and fries plus snacks, and for guests 21 and over we serve beer and wine including our own Combat Hops IPA and our very popular wine slushies. There are TVs and Wi-Fi in the cafe, so nobody is stuck waiting in a plastic chair.
What do we need to know before we arrive?
Waivers are required and can be signed online in advance. Closed-toe shoes are required for laser tag, Nerf and axe throwing.
How much does it cost?
We are rebuilding our packages and the new rates go up here as soon as they are set.
Tell us the date. We will build the rest around it.
Headcount, a date and the kind of event are the three things that let us come back with a real proposal. Everything else can wait until we talk.
